Head of School Letter

Dear Parents,

Congratulations on discovering the new world-class educational experience right here on Florida’s west coast! At North Tampa Christian Academy, we are committed to providing your child with everything needed to achieve a lifetime of success. Whether you have a busy pre-schooler or a growing adolescent, you’ll find our warm and welcoming 43-acre campus to be the perfect place for personal and academic advantage.

Let’s start with the basics! We believe that the core subjects of reading, writing and mathematics set the stage for college and career readiness. At North Tampa, we view each student as an individual with unique strengths and opportunities. From the first day we meet, we’ll work hard to determine what your child needs to make strong gains in these key areas. Then, we’ll partner together to set realistic goals to challenge and motivate your child for continual progress throughout the year.

And that’s not all! With this solid foundation, your child will be ready to soar! Here’s where we unleash the imagination and open the door to project-based learning for real life application. We highly value critical thinking, encouraging our students to pose questions and seek solutions to problems right here at home and around the world. Our service-oriented approach means that everything your child dreams and designs will have a purpose, making our planet a better place. Whether it is creating a documentary to garner help for the homeless or using robotics to design a solution for thirsty lions in Africa, your child will know the satisfaction that comes from making a difference.

We are excited to meet you and introduce you to our grace-filled Christian environment where faculty, staff and families work together as part of a team for the good of each and every student. As people of faith, we hold a high standard for each one to pursue his or her work with excellence and integrity. Here you’ll find that our Christian worldview is our North Star, grounding all school rules and policies in a moral and reasonable grace-oriented, spiritual philosophy.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know us through this website. Click on the tabs, read our story, and jot down your questions. Then give us a call or send an email. We can’t wait to hear your story and discover how we can work together to provide the greatest education your child can experience.

I look forward to meeting you!
